Stress. The good and the bad. Most people look at stress in a negative light. Work, the bills, family, the list goes on and on. It’s what you do with that stress that matters. Stress is a natural trigger telling the body that something is wrong, or that it could go wrong. You can let that feeling eat away at you can act on it. Stress is great, it let’s you know you’re alive. Let’s you know that there are things going on that need to be worked on. Without it all the things that you think are problems would become problems. That said, all the worrying you do, it’s unwarranted. Well, maybe not unwarranted, because your concerns are important. But, you can worry all day and night or you can focus on what you can do to change your situation. Worry brings on more worry that brings on real problems. Most time you just have situations to deal with, and what you do in those situations makes all the difference. Are you making the right decisions?
